Geeta Kapur / Vivan Sundaram archive

Great archive of Geeta Kapur and Vivan Sundaram's art memorabilia over at the Asia Art Archive. My favorite are the photos of Kasauli Art Centre gatherings over the years -- there are always photos of the artists and their families partying!

4 aventures de Reinette et Mirabelle

Watched this Eric Rohmer movie last night. Fun film. There is something bright red in pretty much every frame. Buckets, baskets, drapes, cardigans. I also love how people are always eating lunch outside in Eric Rohmer movies. Red wine for lunch, some radishes with salt, a basket of fruit, a tablecloth.

Jacqueline Thibault

I recently acquired a copy of one of my favorite records, Galaxies by Laurence Vanay (AKA Jacqueline Thibault). Which would be good news except that the record is completely warped! Oh well, the photos of Thibault are really nice. If you don't know this record, check it out. Super amazing dreamy French folk. Scheming some misadventure along these lines, will let you know how it goes...
